Site planning and preparation about 60 days, using a registered engineer to test the soil, and design the foundation structure accordingly. Geological testing includes drilling test holes to a depth of 20 ft. in two locations within the foundation plan.  Lab testing will determine compaction and absorption readings.  Structural design will rely on this testing for the strength of the structure.   The foundation must be placed within the building lines as shown on the site survey.
Then preparation for the foundation forms may begin. An all weather entrance is installed, temporary power and water lines are installed.  Forms are built, sand is added, trenching begins for the support beams.
The form is located 175 ft. from the front
building line along the street.  The lot is about 1.8 acres.
